1014 congratulates Kristina Lunz, founder of the Center of Feminist Foreign Policy in Berlin, who has been chosen as one of the 2020 forward thinking masterminds by Handelsblatt and Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
1014 welcomed Kristina Lunz and Pam Campos-Palma for an evening panel discussion on Feminist Foreign and Security Policy on the occasion of the 64th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women in March this year.
From the Handelsblatt:
The forward-thinking leadership initiative launched by Handelsblatt and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2016 brings together today's top decision-makers and the next generation makers.
Young executives from corporations, medium-sized companies, start-ups, politics, society, science, culture and think tanks discuss current issues of the future with top decision-makers and meet to exchange ideas.
The community currently includes around 300 young executives, founders and visionaries. They are selected by an independent jury. The talents network at regular meetings and exchange ideas on future topics.
Every year there is a theme that runs as a red thread through the year and the events. In 2020, the masterminds were chosen who successfully lead through the corona crisis with their expertise and also seize new opportunities - according to the guiding principle: “thought leaders for the new reality”.
“We are in the middle of a new reality. It is important to master the acute effects of the crisis and lay the foundations for tomorrow's success now, ”says Matthias Tauber, jury chairman and BCG head of Germany. "With the thought leader initiative this year we are honoring top young decision-makers from business, politics and society who, through their actions, alleviate the negative consequences of the corona pandemic and also seize opportunities for the future."
