In its second year of participating in Giving Tuesday, a day to celebrate generosity and build connections across the globe, 1014 reached its fundraising goal early. “I am thrilled by the generosity of our community this giving season,” said Katja Wiesbrock-Donovan, director of the not-for-profit organization.

At the end of Giving Tuesday, 1014 had raised $3,660.00, surpassing its $1,000.00 goal, and making great strides toward the overall annual goal of $25,000.00. This overwhelming success was made possible by the generosity of 1014’s donors, whose Giving Tuesday contributions will support the work of the artists, experts, and changemakers joining 1014 in 2023 to exchange ideas across disciplines and continents.
